Role Objective

This role will work between the Portfolio Management team and the CFO’s office in the following areas:

• Handle clients’ enquiries via different channels including email, live chat and phone call
• Daily trade bookings in the relevant systems.
• Familiarity with various platforms including trading systems and administrative portals in order to execute client requests such as funding, position transfers etc.
• Assist clients in accounting and statement inquiries, including but not limited to, statements reconciliations
• Troubleshoot with clients and take ownership when issues arise, be able to follow up, escalate and liaise with various parties.
• Working with the CFO on various projects.
• Identify opportunities for automation and other process improvements.
• Responsible for monthly client reporting.

The most qualified candidate will:

• Have a degree in finance, economics, accounting, business or similar
• This role is open to new grads or those with between 1-3 years of work experience.
• Ideally, prior work or internship experience in a role where attention to detail was fundamental.
• Experience across a breadth of financial instruments: futures, options, general knowledge of derivatives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and experience with relational database management systems such as Microsoft Access or MySQL
• Ideally, proficiency in at least one programming language such as VBA, Python or C++
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure of time and markets
